O Lord Jesus Christ,
on this night You humbly knelt to wash the feet of Your disciples,
teaching us that the greatest among us must be the servant of all.
You gave us the gift of Your Body and Blood,
an everlasting covenant of love and redemption.
Tonight, I come before You with a heart full of gratitude.
Cleanse my spirit as You once cleansed the feet of Your friends.
Make me humble, make me faithful,
make me a vessel worthy to carry Your light.
Strengthen me, Lord, to endure trials,
to love even when it is hard,
and to trust You even when I cannot see the way.
As You gave Yourself fully for us,
may I give myself fully to Your will.
I remember Your agony in Gethsemane,
Your sorrow, Your loneliness,
and I promise to stay awake with You in spirit,
to watch and to pray.
Bless my family, my friends, and even those who have hurt me.
Tonight, I choose forgiveness, love, and obedience,
in honor of Your supreme sacrifice.
Amen.
